SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy is that we ship prepaid via UPS and FedEx Ground Service and common carrier freight lines. If you are requesting goods to be shipped by air or other than to the contiguous 48 US states, then the purchaser must make all arrangements to move the freight 1 week in advance of the scheduled shipping date. We are properly registered and certified to make these shipments, however, when making arrangements with the freight forwarder or shipping company, the purchaser may need our ‘export packing list’ completed by our Shipping Department and will likely need a MSDS document for the commodity if gas product. The MSDS documents are easily found at www.LelandLtd.com, choose the ‘Shipping Safety’ option and then the commodity that you are moving. When applicable, we charge a Dangerous Goods Packaging and Documentation Fee starting at USD$35.00 per shipment to one location.

Our Export Policy requires that the purchaser comply with our Shipping Policy even when non-dangerous goods are offered for transportation and all charges including, freight, insurance, duty, taxes, VAT, import licensing, brokerage, storage, terminal handling fees and inland freight moves both in US and at destination are solely on the account of and at the risk of the consignee.
