Components for
Life Rings, Life Belts, & Markers Today’s inflatable
products have one thing in common; they need a CO2 cylinder
to inflate. Leland’s Maximum Inflation® brand of
cylinders have all the gas you’ll need to get your
inflatable device to its fullest potential.
LIFE BELTS If your life belt product inflates to the shape of a life jacket
then you should click here.
If your inflatable life
belt product does something different, please contact
us as you likely
have a product which needs some special attention from one of our specialists.
LIFE RINGS Inflatable life rings typically have
been used by the US Navy and US Coast Guard for over 40 years. Since
this category of product
is new to the consumer marine markets, it would be most accurate if
you contact us as we’ll need to know
exactly the cylinder and inflation system if you want a replacement
cylinder. If you do know
the components please click
here.
MARKERS Inflatable
markers are becoming more popular for man overboard and hazard
locations. Inflatable
markers made by
Survival Technologies Group (Switlik) have used our 29g CO2 and 33g
CO2 cylinders usually in an auto inflate configuration. The likely
re-arming kit would then be a V85000-85202Z. The pictured device
is made by Crewsaver of England. If you know the proper CO2 cylinder
and type of inflation system click
here, otherwise please
contact
us as for assistance.
Rearming kits for Secumar,
AML, Hammar and other inflation systems may be available. Please
contact us for updated information and availability. This guide is
for reference only. Always verify the needed rearming kit with the
PFD manufacturer if you are unsure. Leland assumes no
liability for a user choosing an improper rearming kit. Although
components for rearming kits may be available separately, the use
of an approved rearming
kit for a specific PFD ensures that the correct components and rearming
instructions are included. Leland rearming kits are approved and
listed with UL/USCG.
